My Fulham story started in an excellent way, with very good performances in Premier League. 6 of my new players are playing in the starting lineup, and they are doing a very good job.

My expectations for this first season as Fulham manager are to finish above the 8th position and build a young squad. In order to achieve that, I had to sell several players and bring some quality new ones to the team.

Fulham’s coaches and scouts were certainly not great, so I decided to build an almost completely new backroom staff. With the new staff, I achieved a very good training rating.
